Job Description:

My client is seeking a highly talented Linux Engineer to join their systems team. They have an unlimited budget for infrastructure optimization.

Main responsibilities include:

• Build and optimize next-gen Linux infrastructure on a HPC Cluster with over 1PB memory, 20K GPUs, and 100k CPUs
• Architecting a new on-premise Kubernetes infrastructure
• Working in high-performance DevOps, building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines
• Developing a new observability platform handling over 6 million requests/sec, working on tracing and OpenTelemetry, exploring ML for Observability
• Automating processes with Python and configuration tools

Skills and Experience:

• Systems engineering experience in high-availability and/or low-latency environments
• Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
• Experience with on-premise storage and Bare Metal infrastructure
• Interest in DevOps
