The role of a Linux Desktop Support Associate at Canonical
You will be responsible for delivering an outstanding technical support experience to employees and customers. From problem qualification to resolution, you will own and manage your cases, transferring them to colleagues or involving senior engineers when needed.
Your daily tasks include providing technical expertise, communicating effectively, and being service-oriented. You will prioritize customer issues, set aside time for learning about new products and technologies, and participate in training, team gatherings, and company events.
