SetSales is part of United Media (https://www.united-media.com/), which focuses on building large-scale industry media and conference products across sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, and retail.

What we offer you

As our LinkedIn Copywriting Associate, you will have the opportunity to own our content and work in-person at our London HQ, where you'll be pushed out of your comfort zone. To support your growth, we offer:

  • Impactful work: Gain operational experience in a start-up environment where your work and results are highly tangible and impactful.
  • Guidance and inspiration: Collaborate closely with our high-performing team, including the CEO and founder.
  • Growth potential: We promote internally and support your career development.
  • Travel opportunities: Attend our overseas conferences.
  • Transferable skills: Enhance interpersonal, research, organization, outreach, and project management skills through hands-on experience and training.

Your Responsibilities

Your tasks will vary but mainly include:

  • Email marketing: Manage copywriting, graphics, strategy, and optimization for newsletters, product updates, and promotions.
  • Social media management: Grow and manage our LinkedIn presence, test new content formats, and help leverage content on YouTube and Twitter.
  • Graphic design: Maintain our visual identity across marketing channels; training will be provided.
  • Website management: Design, implement SEO strategies, optimize UX, and contribute to launching new formats that reflect our brand.
  • Analytics: Measure and improve performance metrics across channels, working toward specific KPIs.
  • Paid advertising: Manage PPC campaigns.
  • Cross-department collaboration: Work with other teams to identify shareable content and communicate brand progress.

What we expect from you

No prior experience is required as training is provided. Candidates must have a UK work permit and a university degree or be working towards one. We seek candidates who:

  • Are driven to excel in their role;
  • Possess a strong work ethic and sense of urgency;
  • Take ownership, are proactive, and follow through;
  • Are curious about people and enjoy building relationships;
  • Are excellent communicators, both verbally and in writing;
  • Are well-organized and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.

Start date
