Job summary

We Are Aspire Ltd in London is seeking a Campaign Manager with a strong LinkedIn focus to grow audiences, drive demand and support commercial growth in our B2B events portfolio.

You will own LinkedIn campaign execution across organic content, paid activity, thought leadership and employee advocacy, collaborating with the Demand Generation Manager and wider marketing team to turn briefs into credible, data-driven campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media or digital marketing with hands-on LinkedIn campaign management forming a significant part of your role.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a B2B marketing channel, across organic content and paid campaigns.
• Experience planning content calendars, creating compelling copy and managing ongoing social activity.
• Confidence using LinkedIn analytics and campaign reporting to measure performance and identify improvements.
• Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social or similar.
• Content creation skills using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to make complex subjects accessible and engaging.
• A highly organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines and stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset and a willingness to test, learn and continuously improve.

Responsibilities

• Own LinkedIn campaign execution.
• Plan and deliver LinkedIn campaigns across organic content, paid activity, thought leadership and employee advocacy.
• Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent, relevant and engaging content reaches the right audiences.
• Support paid LinkedIn campaigns, monitor spend and performance, and identify opportunities to improve results.
• Coordinate activity around wider marketing campaigns, product launches and commercial priorities.
