Job description

FM Conway is looking for a Lining Team Leader to join our team working from our Westfield depot on a full-time, permanent basis. As our Lining Team Leader, you will work as part of a 2-team crew, assisting the Lining Operative to repair pipework with no dig technology. You will be required to travel across Sussex, Hampshire, and Kent.

The duties of the Lining Team Leader role will include:

1. Leading a 2-team crew to repair pipework with no dig technology.
2. Operating a push rod CCTV camera.
3. Covering multiple defects using ambient lining to reline sewers and drains.
4. Fixing defects within drains using patching.

What skills and experience do you need?

We are looking for candidates with a good work ethic who are ready to get involved. You will need to work well independently as well as in a team and be able to use your own initiative.

To be successful in our Lining Team Leader role, a background within the drainage industry is essential. A full UK driving license, Streetworks ticket, and CSCS card are desirable, as well as being confined space trained and first aid trained.
