About The Role

We are seeking a Linguist Relationship Coordinator to support our Quality Assurance team in ensuring our network of linguists provides outstanding customer service.

This role involves facilitating effective communication, ensuring high service quality, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with linguists to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities and Duties
  1. Follow up with newly onboarded linguists to ensure system integration and familiarity with guidelines, providing support as needed.
  2. Monitor performance and collaborate with feedback teams to address incidents or service issues, helping linguists improve.
  3. Re-engage inactive linguists or archive those no longer available.
  4. Gather feedback, address challenges, and foster trust and engagement with linguists.
  5. Assist in planning and coordinating linguist roadshows and development sessions.
  6. Document actions and communicate relevant information to teams.
  7. Manage end-to-end recruitment of linguists, including vetting and maintaining audit trails.
  8. Ensure compliance, consistency, and accuracy in processes.
  9. Maintain high standards of candidate service, compliance, and productivity.
  10. Meet KPIs and targets regularly.
  11. Collaborate with the bookings team to source and onboard resources.
