This mid-senior level role involves collaborating with design and buying teams, overseeing garment quality, and ensuring fit and comfort standards are met throughout the production process. Ideal candidates will have specific experience in lingerie technology and solid organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in lingerie garment technology and fitting, particularly for fuller bust products, is essential.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern making, fabrics, grading, and the manufacturing process.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Work with the internal design team to translate concepts into practical, commercial styles.
• Lead shape, fabric, and component development with the suppliers.
• Conduct and lead fit sessions, ensuring garments meet required standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical packs and product specifications.
• Lead and implement quality control procedures throughout production.

Skills

Experience in lingerie garment technology

Proficiency in Lectra/Modaris

Excellent attention to detail

Solid experience with Far East manufacturers
