Job summary

UK Power Networks (Operations) Ltd is seeking a Linesperson to cover the Crawley and Brighton area, involved in the construction, maintenance and repair of overhead line networks up to 33kV. This hands-on, outdoors role sits in our Network Operations team and offers varied workloads, teamwork with a skilled crew, and supported independent work to help keep power flowing safely.

LV/HV authorisations and City & Guilds 2339 are expected, with a strong commitment to safety, and you will benefit from

Linesperson - Crawley & Brighton Area

Join UK Power Networks as a Linesperson and play a vital role in keeping electricity flowing safely and reliably across the Crawley and Brighton area. Working within our Network Operations team, you'll be involved in the construction, maintenance and repair of overhead line networks up to 33kV, helping to deliver network improvement projects and restore power supplies for our customers when it matters most. This is a hands‑on role that offers a varied workload, working outdoors as part of a skilled team while also having the opportunity to work independently and make a real difference to local communities.

We're looking for an experienced overhead lines professional with LV and HV authorisations, a recognised industry qualification such as City & Guilds 2339, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
