Linen Porter, Malmaison

Rate of Pay - £12.50 / Hours - 16

Type of Contract - Permanent

Location - St. Andrew Sq

As part of the Housekeeping team, you will ensure all linen is moved efficiently around the hotel, supporting the Room Attendants in their roles.

Malmaison offers a range of luxury and boutique hotels in 16 landmark locations across the United Kingdom. Known for style and hospitality, Malmaison provides exquisite accommodation with a relaxing atmosphere, along with sumptuous food and wine in our Chez Mal Brasseries.

In this role, you will have some interaction with guests, so conversational English is essential. The ability to work independently for periods is also important. You will be a vital part of the Malmaison team.

Flexibility is needed. You will mainly work set shifts, typically between 8:30 am – 4:00 pm, 2 days out of 7. Specific days can be discussed during the interview.

Being a Linen Porter requires physical fitness and stamina. Full training on the use of chemicals and equipment will be provided.

Previous experience isn't required, but a positive attitude and a desire to contribute to the hotel are essential.

We encourage internal development and progression. Malmaison aims to have 100 new apprentices by the end of the year. Candidates may have the opportunity to join our apprenticeship scheme after completing their probation.
