Job summary

Soho House & Co. in Central London is seeking a Linen Porter to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation across the club by distributing, collecting, and storing linen and laundry items.

You will support housekeeping and spa teams to ensure seamless service for our members and guests. The role offers weekly pay, team meals, generous staff discounts, health and dental plans, and opportunities for training and Staff events.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a housekeeping, laundry, or porter role, ideally in hospitality or wellness.
• Good physical fitness and ability to lift and move laundry safely.
• Strong organisation and time-management skills.
• Reliable, positive and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Distribute clean linen, towels, robes, and other items to designated areas.
• Collect used or soiled linen and transport to laundry or external service.
• Maintain linen storage rooms in a clean, orderly, stocked condition.
• Check deliveries from laundry services for accuracy and quality; report shortages or damage.
• Support housekeeping and spa teams with supplies during peak periods.
• Assist in stock counts and report linen usage to Head Housekeeper.
• Ensure trolleys, baskets, and equipment are clean and safely stored.
• Adhere to health & safety and manual handling procedures.
• Respond promptly to urgent linen requests from departments.
