Merlin is seeking a Linen Porter for the Alton Towers Resort Hotel Housekeeping team. You will manage linen stock, coordinating with the Housekeeping team, Porters and Room Attendants to ensure smooth operations and pristine guest areas.

This role requires attention to detail, strong organisation, and a service-minded approach. A driving licence is desirable. The position runs seasonally from mid-December to early January, excluding Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and looking for a rewarding career in hospitality? We're looking for Linen Porters to join our Hotel Housekeeping team and play a vital role in ensuring our hotels run smoothly, providing the support needed to keep operations running efficiently every day.

What you'll do:

• Manage linen stock levels to meet daily operational needs.
• Work closely with the Housekeeping team, Hotel Porters, and Room Attendants.
• Maintain high appearance standards and adhere to all health & safety guidelines.
• Support stocktakes, including waterpark linen.
• Keep up to date with resort activities to enhance guest experience.

A driver's licence is desirable but not essential. Candidates must be fully available to work from 17th of December to 10th of January, excluding Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
