Responsibilities

• Segregating dirty linen coming down through the linen chute.
• Separating all items washed in-house (face cloths, bathrobes, shower curtains).
• Loading and unloading a skip with clean and dirty linen.
• Delivering clean linen to the pantries on all floors.
• Being responsible for the maintenance of all equipment, reporting any faults or defects to the Laundry Manager.

We are currently looking for a passionate Casual Linen Porter, to join our Accommodation Services Department on a casual basis, with an immediate start to help us deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences.

As a Casual Linen Porter, your main duties and expectations will include:

• Segregating dirty linen coming down through the linen chute
• Separating all items washed in-house (face cloths, bathrobes, shower curtains)
• Loading and unloading a skip with clean and dirty linen
• Delivering clean linen to the pantries on all floors
• Being responsible for the maintenance of all equipment, reporting any faults or defects to the Laundry Manager

You will work hours according to your availability and business needs; just notify your manager, and they will schedule your shifts accordingly.
