Job summary

Hilton Group is seeking a Linen Porter to join our team in a dynamic hotel environment. You will remove used linen, ensure timely laundry, and keep linen rooms clean and organized to health and safety standards.

You will collect, sort and distribute linen across departments, maintain room security, monitor stock levels and report shortages or damages. Flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings or weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Able to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
• Willing to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Strong focus on cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Remove used linen and ensure it is sent to laundry promptly.
• Keep linen rooms clean, tidy, and well-organized while adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collect, sort, and distribute clean linen and towels across departments.
• Maintain security of linen room keys, and the linen room whilst on duty.
