We are seeking an Accommodation Linen Porter to support our Accommodation Team by ensuring they have everything needed from the linen store. The role requires holding a valid driving licence.

What you’ll be doing

As part of our Accommodation Team, reporting to the Accommodation Manager, you will provide linen and equipment to the team.

This includes:

  1. Preparing cages of linen ahead of Monday & Friday; delivering clean linen and collecting dirty linen.
  2. Managing linen deliveries from our supplier, inspecting all linen upon delivery for quality and condition.
  3. Supporting the cleanliness of the accommodation areas, ensuring they are cobweb-free and pristine.

Holidays may occur during peak times, so flexibility to work on bank holidays is required.

Skills, experience, and qualities needed

Training will be provided, but candidates should:

  • Hold a valid UK driving licence
  • Be comfortable working to deadlines within a busy team
  • Have a keen eye for detail and high standards
  • Be adaptable, conscientious, and well-organized
  • Possess a sense of urgency
