Discover
the role

We are looking for a Linen Porter
to join our Housekeeping team. The ideal
candidate will be need to be self
motivated and well organised, with good communication skills and a clear
understanding of what the business and your Head of Department expects. This role does involve working shifts
including weekends and evenings. A
positive and flexible attitude towards your work is helpful as is a desire to
work at the highest possible standards.

What
you’ll be doing


Assisting with maintaining good communication of information
between the front office, reservations and the housekeeping team


Ensuring all bedrooms and public rooms within the hotel are
presented and maintained to the highest standard


Being responsible for correct storage of all linen and deal with
sending and returning of linen to the agreed linen company


Helping with all contractual work, eg, carpet cleaning, laundry
etc, in liaison with Head Housekeeper/Assistant Head Housekeeper


Ensuring all housekeeping orders/delivery notes etc, are dealt
with in the correct manner following company procedures

You can take the coastal train from Exeter St. Davids or Exeter
Central train stations, take the Exmouth train and exit at Lympstone village.
It is a 15 minute walk to Lympstone Manor from the train station.
