In the role of Linen Porter, you will report to the Head Housekeeper and be responsible for supporting the housekeeping team in the day-to-day running of the department.

Your role will include:

  1. Delivering clean linen and towels to the designated store rooms.
  2. Maintaining the records for the movement of linen and towels, including rejects.
  3. Rejecting any linen and/or towels that are not up to the agreed quality and appearance.
  4. Assisting in mattress turning as directed by the housekeeper.
  5. Maintaining the cleanliness of the linen store area.
  6. Reporting any maintenance defects to the housekeeper.
