Linen Porter

Contract: Full Time
Salary: up to £12.21 per hour plus gratuities

This role provides stability and enhances the guest experience by ensuring that our linen is cleaned, stocked, and well-presented. Our guests encounter our linen items in many areas of our business, such as fluffy robes or soft towels, which are iconic during a guest's stay.

Some of the key tasks include:

1. Collecting, transporting, and counting all linen items.
2. Ensuring all linen items are cleaned to the highest standards and presented in their best form.
3. Liaising with the housekeeping, Spa and Wellbeing, and Fitness teams to maintain correct stock levels and ensure areas are free of dirty items.
4. Maintaining stock levels to ensure all areas requiring linen are adequately supplied.
5. Providing high standards of customer service and assisting or directing guests as needed.
6. Supporting the wider housekeeping team with cleaning rooms or public areas when required.
