Warner Hotels Group is seeking a Linen and Luggage Porter for their 239-bedroom hotel set in Grade II listed surroundings with theatre, spa and restaurant. The role involves assisting guests and housekeeping with luggage and laundry, and moving bedding and towels to rooms across the property.

The position is fixed-term for up to 6 months, with responsibilities including daily manual handling of heavy items and stock checks.

Responsibilities

• Moving guest luggage as requested
• Storing and moving clean laundry around the hotel
• Keeping the laundry area clean and tidy
• Delivering bed configurations to ensure rooms have correct bedding and towels
• Assisting in weekly stock takes of laundry
• Moving chemicals/disposables to storage areas
• Collecting used linen from corridors during service or changeovers
