We are looking for an experienced Overhead Line Chargehand on a permanent basis.

The Linesperson will be responsible for leading teams of 2-3 people in the erection of poles, changing transformers, and other overhead line work as required.

This includes both planned and reactive underground cable infrastructure works up to 33kV. We already handle overhead line works up to 33kV and vegetation management up to 132kV networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform work according to client standards, policies, and procedures.
• Install, build, and refurbish overhead lines up to 33kV.
• Follow instructions in method statements and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with Site Supervisors on site issues.

Qualifications/Skills Required

• Experience with overhead line electrical networks.
• Valid EUSR or CSCS Card.
• Valid First Aid Qualification.
• IPAF 1B Qualification.
• Working at height.
• Winch operation.
• NRSWA Qualification.
• DNO operational authorization.
