Role Overview

This role ensures the day-to-day organisation of customer collections, finding ways to improve customer satisfaction and maintain high levels of service. You will work with Linehaul Drivers and sites across our network to ensure smooth and efficient plans that our drivers can follow.

Key Role Responsibilities:

1. Long, medium, and short-term planning for holidays and peak times
2. Keeping sustainability at the forefront of your mind, and exploring ways to plan in more sustainable ways
3. Providing audits and reviews of our hubs
4. Holiday support for key team members
5. Day-to-day management of customer plans

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent multi-tasking skills and the ability to work well under pressure
• 1-2 years’ experience in the transportation or logistics industry (beneficial)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
