Qualifications

• Must be fully conversant with Quality systems.
• Experience in conducting hygiene, GMP, and traceability audits.
• Ability to identify non-conformances and implement corrective actions.

Job description

This is a varied and interesting role that is critical to the “health” of the business; as a key frontline person your influence will spread far and wide. This means you will need to be fully conversant with Quality systems so that you can provide the technical support needed to all departments, to ensure food safety, quality, legislative standards and customer requirements are consistently met and managed.

Working a rotational shift based rota you will support the technical team by identifying non-conformances and working with managers, advise and implement necessary corrective actions, whilst ensuring quality inspection and rating measures are in line with the required standards.

We will require you to carry out hygiene, GMP and traceability audits, assist in the control of non-conforming products, keep comprehensive QC records and conduct product taste panels.

You must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, have a positive approach and a commitment to providing a first class customer service.
