About This Role

We are looking for a Line Producer to manage the end-to-end production process, overseeing schedules, budgets, and workflows, supporting the creative vision while maintaining practical constraints. The role involves coordinating with departments, sourcing and negotiating crew and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, legal, and insurance requirements. The successful candidate will oversee studio and location shoots, troubleshooting issues swiftly to ensure smooth and safe production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage production schedules, budgets, and workflows
• Support creative vision within practical constraints
• Track and reconcile budgets, working with finance teams
• Coordinate with departments, source and negotiate crew, suppliers, and facilities
• Oversee health & safety, legal, compliance, insurance, and safeguarding documentation
• Ensure efficient execution of studio and location shoots, liaising with technical teams and talent

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

• Proven experience as a Line Producer or Senior Production Manager on live or studio broadcast content
• Excellent organizational and logistical skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Experience managing complex budgets and financial reporting
• Experience delivering content for international broadcasters
