Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Operator to support our production team. In this role, you will operate CNC machines, saws, and crimpers to build and glaze bi-fold doors, doors, and window products. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure our products meet the highest standards and are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines, saws, and crimpers safely and efficiently.
• Assemble bi-fold doors, doors, and window products to completion.
• Glaze products to prepare them for delivery.
• Use the correct parts at the right time to maintain high customer service standards.
• Build quality into each step to minimise waste and optimise processes.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience operating CNC machines, saws, and crimpers.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety protocols in a production environment.
