Burberry seeks a Line Manager Advisory Service Advisor to provide guidance on HR matters to UK line managers. This role involves managing queries, coaching managers, and promoting best HR practices to enhance managerial capabilities. Ideal candidates will have substantial HR expertise and excellent communication skills.

JOB PURPOSEAs the Line Manager Advisory Service Advisor you will provided coaching and advice UK line managers on HR matters, if they are unable to resolve their HR query via self-service or via AskHR. You will provide timely and effective guidance on a broad range of HR and people-related matters and support the upskilling of our leaders in line with our B:Managers and B:Leaders principles.
