Line/Machine Operator

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading and prestigious family-run manufacturing and production company in Marshland St James. Due to their continued growth and development, they are seeking to employ a Line/Machine Operator to start in April.

This is a permanent role.

Competitive salary offered depending on skills and experience.

Hours will be 4 on 4 off - 6am to 6pm.

Duties will include:

1. Operating and setting machines on the bottle and jar filling line, labelling, and packing line, with technical support and training.
2. Adhering to health and safety policies.
3. Always keeping work areas clean and tidy.

Requirements for the role:

1. Previous Line & Machine experience.
2. Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
3. Good IT skills.
4. Good attention to detail.
5. Good problem-solving skills.
6. Reliable and a strong work ethic.
7. Ability to work as part of a team; however, equally capable of using own initiative.
8. Excellent organisational skills.
