The role includes check-weighing, supervising staffing, monitoring line efficiency, and maintaining quality standards from start to finish. A proactive, detail‑minded team player is essential for success.

• Ensure sufficient staffing to pack the product and monitor line efficiency.
• Monitor top-tailer usage and ensure effective operation.
• Check packaging/labels for quality and accuracy.
