Our client is a global market leader of fresh and frozen produce.
Due to their increasing demand, growth, and development, they are seeking to employ a Line Leader / Machine Operator for their site in Boston.
- Monday – Friday
- 6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm & 10pm – 6am
- Shifts rotate on a weekly basis
- Ensure that all safety checks & procedures are followed
- You will be responsible for packing machines, bagger & metal detectors
- Running & control of a line(s) including maintaining hygiene standards
- Ensure all packs conform to the quality standards
- Ensure the hygiene standards are maintained
- Ensure all quality paperwork is filled in at the correct time scales
- Achieve targets and quality standards
- Any other ad hoc duties as may be required from time to time
Candidates must have excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- £13.63 per hour
- Overtime available after 40 hours, rate is 1.5 x basic rate
