Line Leader - Production | £14.32p/h (Basic) + overtime + Training & Development + Holiday + Progression

Location: Bilsthorpe - Newark, Nottinghamshire (commutable from Newark, Bilsthorpe, Coddington, Winthorpe, Farndon, Kelham) | Shift: 4 on 4 off (days only)

• Previous experience in a similar role within a production environment as a Line Supervisor / Line Leader or senior operative
• Good communication skills & the ability to problem-solve and lead the team
• Able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines & excellent attention to detail
