Join Our Team as a Line Leader (Cut) – Late Shift

Are you a proactive and driven leader with a passion for production efficiency and product quality? At Lincolnshire Herbs Ltd, we are seeking a Line Leader (Cut) to join our late shift team and play a vital role in delivering high-quality herbs to our customers.

About the Role

As a Line Leader, you will be responsible for managing and leading a production line to ensure:

  • Meeting product specifications
You will coach and support team members, drive continuous improvement, and ensure our values of quality, sustainability, and customer focus are consistently met.

Lead a team to deliver efficient, quality-focused production every shift
Drive line efficiencies, reduce downtime, and manage waste effectively
Monitor and improve staff performance through coaching and upskilling
Maintain accurate records and ensure full traceability of all production
Liaise with quality and maintenance teams to resolve issues promptly
Uphold hygiene, GMP, and health & safety standards at all times
Ensure machinery is cleaned and set up correctly before and during shifts
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to team KPIs

️ Proven experience in a similar food production or FMCG environment
️ Strong leadership and communication skills

️ Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
