Location: Lanarkshire

Are you an experienced Line Leader or ready to take the next step in your production career? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing food production team delivering premium products to major supermarkets and retailers across the UK.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You ' ll be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the production line, ensuring quality standards are met, and leading a team with confidence and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and run the production line to meet daily targets
  • Follow standard operating procedures and food safety regulations
  • Monitor efficiency, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate records
  • Train and support new team members
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
  • Report progress and concerns to management as required

What We ' re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Line Leader preferred (but not essential)
  • Good understanding of manufacturing standards and food safety
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Comfortable using tablets or basic computer systems
  • FMCG experience is a bonus

Own transport is helpful but not essential, as the site is accessible by public transport.
