About The Role

Permanent, full-time, and weekly pay

4 on, 4 off day shift pattern

From £13.20 to £15.40

What can you expect working as a Line Leader in AMFRESH:

• You will play a play a pivotal role in managing, leading, and inspiring Production and Machine Operatives to run one of our Citrus, Grape, or Loose line seamlessly.
• You will also advocate for best working practices by ensuring colleagues follow correct safety procedures and work alongside Quality Control to ensure the freshness of products.
• You will make active decisions in a fast-paced environment, regularly check KPIs, and suggest alternative ways to improve the efficiency of the line.
• You will promote a safe space for colleagues and be a valuable team player in contributing to the AMFRESH culture and motivate your team to excellence.
• You will complete daily reports such as administration, report any breakdowns, and liaise with your Line Manager about any inefficiencies on the line.
