Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe in Corsham is seeking a motivated Line Leader to join our manufacturing production team. You will lead a production shift, uphold food safety and quality, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Shift pattern is 06:00–14:00, Monday to Friday, with weekly pay and benefits including on-site parking and subsidised canteen.

You will mentor colleagues, monitor KPIs, manage labour and training, and ensure audit readiness and compliance with health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or food production environments preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
• Good understanding of health & safety and food safety standards.
• Organised, proactive and solution focused attitude.
• Level 2 Food Safety qualification (desirable).

Job description

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Line Leader to join our Manufacturing Production Team in Corsham. In this role you will take responsibility for leading a team, ensuring high standards of food safety, quality, and operational performance, while fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Balanced Schedule

We have a shift pattern of 06.00am - 14.00 pm, Monday to Friday, giving you more time for yourself.
