Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe in Corsham is seeking a hands-on Line Leader to lead a manufacturing production team, driving high standards of food safety, quality and operational performance while nurturing a positive, engaging workplace culture.

The role runs 06:00–14:00, Monday to Friday, with weekly pay and an attractive hourly rate. You will mentor staff, monitor KPIs, manage labour and training, and ensure audit readiness and compliance with health & safety standards.

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Line Leader to join our Manufacturing Production Team in Corsham. In this role you will take responsibility for leading a team, ensuring high standards of food safety, quality, and operational performance, while fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Balanced Schedule

We have a shift pattern of 06.00am - 14.00 pm, Monday to Friday, giving you more time for yourself.
