Job description

Gap Personnel is recruiting for an experienced line leader for one of our clients based in Halesfield, Telford in a food production company in a chilled environment.

Shift pattern: 4on4off 07:30-19:30

Pay rate: £13.77/hour for the first 12 weeks, increasing to £14.61/hour

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring a safety-first approach, ensuring the customer’s product specification is met and material integrity is maintained at all times.
• Follow escalation process for H&S, Quality and production issues.
• To ensure that all areas comply with hygienic audits, both internal and external.
• To assist in the training and development of new starters.
