Job description

About

Bespak is looking for a Line Leader in Drug Product Development. This is an onsite 18-month, fixed-term maternity cover position at the Holmes Chapel site, CW4 8BE. The salary for this role is £38,051. Benefits include 25 days leave plus bank holidays, discretionary annual bonus, a generous 10% pension contribution, onsite free parking, and medical/dental/health/life assurance. The working pattern is Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with a Friday finish at 3:45 pm. Start and finish times are flexible.

As a Line Leader, you will be the go-to person for your team, leading high-quality pharmaceutical production. Responsibilities include ensuring production schedules are met, maintaining GMP compliance, developing new processes, investigating issues, and implementing improvements.
