Job description

Company Description

IPS is the largest co-packer in the UK, working with some of the best-known food brands to provide cost-effective and innovative co-packing, co-filling, and co-manufacturing solutions.

We are now recruiting for Line Operatives on a part-time basis at our IPS Sherburn site.

Shifts: Saturday - Sunday (06:00-14:00), 16 hours per weekend

Salary: £14.29 per hour

Job Description
  • Ensure the production line maximizes the utilization of key resources.
  • Report and communicate all issues affecting production effectively.
  • Maintain traceability of finished products and donor stocks in accordance with company procedures.
  • Motivate and lead a team to meet production targets.
  • Ensure products meet client specifications (SPI).
  • Maximize production efficiency to meet daily/hourly plans.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and quality regulations.
  • Complete all paperwork and system entries accurately.
  • Assist in developing a skills matrix for production staff.
  • Support training and development of new employees.
  • Monitor and minimize waste.
