Line Leaders Wanted In BARDON!

Logistics People are looking for Line Leaders to join our team.

Location: Bardon, Integrated Packing Services (IPS)

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 06:00 - 14:00 Shifts Available

Pay rate: £13.44 P/hr

Position: Line Leader

As a Line Leader for Logistics People, your role will consist of various duties including but not limited to:

  1. Supervising the production line and effectively motivating a small team of people while ensuring productivity targets are achieved.
  2. Meeting health and safety requirements and the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
  3. Working alongside your team members on the production line.
  4. Managing production line and labour to meet planned volume and commercial targets, in accordance with QA and safety standards.
  5. Ensuring the final product meets client specifications (SPI).
  6. Effectively maximising production efficiency to ensure plans are met on an hourly/daily basis.
  7. Adhering to and promoting best practices in accordance with company Health, Safety and Quality regulations.
  8. Ensuring all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate in accordance with company procedures.
  9. Ensuring that all areas comply with hygienic audits, both internal and external.
  10. Ensuring GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and housekeeping (clean as you go) are strictly adhered to.

Minimum Requirements:

Previous experience in food manufacturing/packaging and awareness of Food Safety and Health and Safety protocols are essential for this role.
