About

Bespak is seeking a Line Leader in Drug Product Development for an onsite, 18-month fixed-term maternity cover position at our Holmes Chapel site, CW4 8BE. The role offers a salary of £38,051, along with benefits including 25 days leave plus bank holidays, a discretionary annual bonus, a generous 10% pension contribution, onsite free parking, and medical/dental/health/life assurance.

Working Pattern

Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with a 8:30 am to 3:45 pm finish on Fridays. There is some flexibility regarding start and finish times.

Role Overview

As a Line Leader, you will be the key person for your team, leading them in the production of high-quality pharmaceuticals. Your responsibilities include meeting production schedules, ensuring compliance with GMP standards, developing new processes, investigating issues, and driving continuous improvement to uphold quality and efficiency.

Key Duties
  1. Leading and developing a team of operators.
  2. Maintaining production schedules and ensuring high customer service levels.
  3. Developing new production processes and providing training.
  4. Conducting investigations and implementing corrective actions.
  5. Ensuring GMP compliance and safety standards.
  6. Managing stock and inventory control.
