Job description

Job Title: Line Leader

KFM are recruiting for Line Leaders in the YO15 area for a well-established client in the food industry.

Duties:

1. Ensuring production targets are met daily.
2. Supervising the efficient operation of the production area, completing relevant documentation, and meeting customer requirements.
3. Maintaining product traceability.
4. Supervising production staff, including clean as you go operations.
5. Training staff appropriately.
6. Ensuring correct operation of equipment during production.
7. Following HACCP procedures and monitoring CCPs, along with other safety and quality records.
8. Performing additional duties as assigned by senior management.

The Person:

• Strong people management skills, including team development, performance management, and KPI management.
• Experience implementing various production methodologies.
• Excellent understanding of food safety guidelines and HACCP plans.
• Positive attitude and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to meet production targets.
• Availability to work Sunday to Thursday, 9:45pm - 6:00am.

**Hourly rate: £ + £12 per/day shift allowance. Shift allowance is payable only when a full shift is completed.
