This Maintenance Lead’s role is a great step for someone who is looking to push your career towards a management position. Working Monday - Friday, you will take accountability for all proactive and reactive maintenance of your line, while guiding, coaching, and developing your team to ensure a high standard of Maintenance. The role is available due to someone within the business retiring.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager & head of engineering, you will be working in this fast-paced food manufacturer in Leicester.
