Job summary

Center Parcs UK & Ireland is seeking a Line Cook / Junior Chef de Partie for our Takeaway team at Whinfell Forest. You will prepare, cook and present menu items to high standards while supervising Kitchen Assistants in the absence of a Kitchen Manager.

Full-time role with shifts between 1:30pm and 11:00pm, including evenings and weekends. You’ll work to maintain food safety, manage stock, and support menu development in a friendly, team-focused environment with career development opportunities.

We're looking for a Line Cook / Junior Chef de Partie to join our Restaurant Runner team. You'll prepare, cook and present menu items to high standards, supervise Kitchen Assistants and manage kitchen operations in the absence of a Kitchen Manager.

• Prepare and present dishes to high standards, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety and legal requirements
• Manage stock, portion control and minimise food waste to meet cost targets
• Support menu development and assist Kitchen Managers with procedures and standards

Your working hours

• Full-time contract, shifts fall between 1:30pm and 11:00pm
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes evenings and weekends
