Term: Full-time, permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week over 5 days with a half-hour unpaid break each day.

Salary: £30,000 - 32,000 plus generous company benefits

You are:

Passionate about sustainability and conscious food choices

Curious and unafraid to challenge conventional kitchen norms

Committed to reducing the food industry’s environmental impact

Skilled in plant-focused, organic cooking

Organised and process-driven, with a strong sense of your role in prep and service

A confident communicator and collaborative team player

You have:

A solid understanding of the climate crisis and our role in it

An analytical mindset and a belief in data-driven decisions

Experience with plant-based cooking and a variety of culinary techniques

A good understanding of food safety, allergens, and HACCP
