Job summary

L'ETO Group is seeking a Line Chef for immediate start at our Soho and Covent Garden cafés. You will take charge of your kitchen section, work with fresh seasonal ingredients, and support the Chef De Cuisine and Sous Chef in menu execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as Line Chef or Demi CDP
• 2+ years in a professional kitchen
• Food Hygiene certificate (L2+)

• Own your kitchen section and ensure each dish meets standard
• Prepare dishes with fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Support senior chefs in menu execution
