L’ETO Group is seeking a Line Chef for immediate start at our Soho and Covent Garden cafes. You will take charge of your section, prep and present dishes to the highest standard using seasonal ingredients, under the guidance of the Chef De Cuisine and Sous Chef.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as Line Chef or Demi CDP in a professional kitchen.
• Experience in fast-paced, fresh-food environments.
• Ability to work as part of a team under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of your section and ensure highest kitchen standards.
• Prepare and present dishes with seasonal ingredients and consistency.
• Support senior chefs and collaborate in a fast-paced service.
