The Restaurant Group Ltd is hiring a Line Chef to join one of the UK's leading hospitality businesses. You will work on the front line of the kitchen, whether it's the grill or the pasta section, and help deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

Follow company standards, listen to feedback, manage time, stay reliable, collaborate with the team and work independently during peak shifts. Airport shifts can start as early as 3am, with early finishes.

Qualifications

• Experience as an assistant chef or chef in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work early airport shifts and flexible hours.
• Must provide a 5 year work/education/personal reference history and undertake a criminal record check.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes on the front line of the kitchen.
• Follow company standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Work as part of a team and also independently during peak shifts.
• Manage time effectively and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
