Job summary

Loungers is hiring Chefs to join the kitchen team at Alento Lounge. The role offers up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff meals on every shift, and 50% off food and drinks from day one. We operate across 300+ sites in England and Wales and welcome flexible work arrangements, including part-time options.

You will work with a Head Chef to ensure dishes hit spec and standards stay high from prep to plate, in a busy, supportive kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience as Grill Chef/Line Chef/Chef de Partie in high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet specs.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
