Job summary

Loungers is hiring Chefs to join the Granito Lounge kitchen team. We offer up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff meals every shift, and 50% off food & drinks from day one.

You’ll work with Head Chef to deliver our all-day menu, ensure dishes hit spec, keep the kitchen running smoothly, and maintain high standards from prep to plate. Various sites across England and Wales provide potential for flexible work and career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience as Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• Demonstrates real cooking ability and quality food.
• Strong teamwork and reliability under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
