Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality dishes according to designated recipes and quality standards
• Delight our guests by efficiently managing orders and dining experience
• Execute complex recipes and oversee stations, execution, quality control and inventory checks
• Inspect and finalize plates to meet presentation and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and sanitary food handling
• Manage inventory needs and prepare requisitions for supplies
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations
