Role Overview

A Line Chef is responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while consistently contributing to departmental targets.

  • You will join the kitchen brigade.
  • You enjoy preparing mise en place for all relevant menus ahead of service, ensuring all areas of the kitchen are always clean and hazard-free. You will support the Chefs de Partie with preparing and presenting high-quality dishes and achieving departmental targets.
