Our Line Chefs are responsible for producing all menu items in an efficient and consistent manner. This role reports directly to the Kitchen Manager and is based at our attractive hotel in Holiday Inn Leamington Spa-Warwick (CV34 6RJ).
Line Chef duties include:
Beyond cooking, you'll represent our company values and culture, ensuring service excellence remains our top priority.
Other titles for this role include Prep Cook, Line Cook, Commis Chef, or Chef de Partie.

An ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. Proven experience as a Line Chef, Restaurant Cook, or Prep Cook, along with familiarity with industry best practices and Basic Food Safety, is essential.
